This is a simple design framework to guide us through the design phase and make sure we do not overlook any important elements that go into creating a great experience.

1. Animation and interaction
How can animation be used to enhance user interactions? Animation adds a vital human touch to digital interfaces by simulating the experience of interacting with a physical object in real life. This makes for an easier, more natural experience for the user, and reduces cognitive load.
2. Consistancy
How can we make our design consistent and make sure that we are creating something trustworthy? Using a consistent colour palette and icons will give the user confidence. Consistency in behaviour of elements, such as animation and interactions will let the user know what to expect and not surprise them negatively.
3. Microcopy
How do language and microcopy enhance the user experience? Good microcopy helps the user navigate their way through a digital experience, maximising meaning in a condensed manner, and with space at a premium, every word should count.

4. Motivational
How can behaviour principles and interaction techniques be used to help the user complete their goal? Examples are peer feedback, social, progressive disclosure.
5. Responsiveness
How do we make our design work on multiple screen dimensions and situations so that we keep content hierarchy intact and not affect usability?
